Membership Agreement & Undertaking
1.Acceptance of Governing Documents
- I have read and understood the Memorandum of Association (MOA), Bye-laws, Code of Conduct & Ethics, and Disciplinary Rules & Procedures of the Company.
- I agree to abide by the same, as amended from time to time.
2.Professional Integrity
- I shall uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, impartiality, and professionalism in all my activities as a member.
- I shall not engage in any act that may bring disrepute to the Company or the profession.
3. Confidentiality & Conflicts of Interest
- I shall maintain confidentiality of all information entrusted to me in professional or Company-related activities.
- I shall disclose any conflicts of interest as required under the Company’s Code of Conduct.
4. Compliance with Law
- I shall comply with the laws of India, applicable professional regulations, and any statutory obligations while acting as an arbitrator, mediator, adjudicator, expert, or in any other professional capacity.
5. Disciplinary Authority
- I accept that the Ethics & Professional Conduct Committee (EPCC) of the Company has authority to investigate complaints and take disciplinary action against me in accordance with the Company’s Rules.
- I agree to submit to such proceedings and accept the decisions, subject to the right of appeal as provided in the Rules.
6. Use of Company Name
- I shall not misuse the name, logo, or association of the Company for personal gain, false representation, or unauthorized commercial activity.
7. Commitment to Learning & Contribution
- I shall actively contribute to the growth of the Company and the profession through research, knowledge-sharing, capacity building, and participation in events.
- I shall pursue continuous professional development (CPD) to maintain competence in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.
Declaration
I hereby declare that the information furnished in my membership application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any misrepresentation or breach of this undertaking may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.

Schedule of Membership Fees & Benefits
1. Life Members
Eligibility: Professionals or academicians in construction law, ADR, project management, or related fields.
Fee: ₹ 25,000 (one-time, non-refundable)
Benefits:
- Voting rights in General Body meetings
- Eligibility for committees and professional panels
- Complimentary registration for 1–2 Company events per year
- Access to all publications, journals, and research resources
- Certificate of Life Membership
2. Institutional Members
Eligibility: Law firms, engineering consultancies, construction companies, universities, or research institutions.
Fee: ₹ 1,00,000 (one-time, non-refundable)
Benefits:
- Up to 5 nominated representatives can participate in Company activities
- Voting rights for nominated representatives (1 vote per institution)
- Complimentary registration for 2–3 Company events per year
- Access to all publications and research reports
- Opportunity to sponsor workshops, seminars, and training programmes
- Certificate of Institutional Membership
3. Student Members
Eligibility: Full-time students in law, engineering, architecture, construction management, or allied disciplines.
Fee: ₹ 2,500 per year
Benefits:
- Access to Company publications, newsletters, and online resources
- Discounted registration fees for events, workshops, and training programs
- Eligibility for internships, research assistance, and mentorship programmes
- Certificate of Student Membership
4. Honorary Members / Fellows
Eligibility: Eminent professionals, academicians, or individuals who have made significant contributions to construction law, ADR, or infrastructure development.
Fee: Nil (by invitation only)
Benefits:
- Recognized as Honorary Member / Fellow of the Company
- Advisory and mentorship roles in committees and Governing Body
- Complimentary registration for Company events
- Access to all publications and research resources
- Certificate of Honorary Membership
General Notes
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Annual institutional fees are payable at the beginning of the financial year.
- Benefits are subject to terms and conditions as decided by the Governing Body.
- Membership privileges may be suspended in case of disciplinary action.
